Quality & Value
Every law firm feels compelled to use their website to stridently tell prospective clients that they provide the highest quality legal services at the best value attainable. At least some of these claims must be false.
There is an old saying:
Elephants two for a nickel is only a bargain if you have a nickel and need the elephants.
We believe that the value of a patent depends upon what a business needs and the state of the technology.
A patent that meets the needs of a business within the limits dictated by technology and law at a reasonable budget for that business is a bargain. No patent that fails to meet a business’s needs is a bargain, no matter how inexpensive. A hypothetically perfect patent that is too expensive to file helps no one.
We often can pursue a patent strategy that is a value to your business, but we cannot tell you that we provide the highest quality legal services at the best value attainable without knowing what legal services your business needs and what your budget requires. This has the redeeming quality of being true, even if it is not very strident.
